Q: What chocolate do you use?
A: We use Callebaut, luxury Belgian chocolate. This brand is produced for chocolate fountains. Which means we do not add cocoa butter or oil.
Q: Why do we need an operator with the fountain?
A: To ensure that the fountain is kept clean, runs smoothly, the dips are refilled on a regular basis and we can assist anyone who is new to the experience, and for people who wish to be served. Our operators are fully trained and hold a food hygiene certificate.
Q: Is the chocolate unlimited?
A: Yes we supply our fountains with unlimited chocolate for the specified number of guests.
Q: How do i secure my booking?
A: Once you have contacted us to confirm that your date is available. We ask for £75.00 deposit per fountain hired this can be paid by paypal, cheque, bank transfer or cash.
Q: Does it cost extra to have coloured chocolate?
A: There is no extra charge for coloured chocolate, only flavoured chocolate costs extra.
Q: Do you have public liability insurance?
A: Yes we have 2 million pounds liability insurance, a copy of this can be supplied if your venue are requesting further confirmation.
